During my kindergarten days, I was a bit of a troublemaker, which often made me a target for the teacher's watchful eye. There was this one instance when my friend and I were standing in line, and she took a tumble. I rushed to her aid. But to my surprise, the teacher, thinking we were up to some mischief, yanked both of us out of the queue and unceremoniously toppled us to the ground.

I can so relate!!! My kindergarten teacher's child was in the same class as me, and because I was more active and talkative, she would often target me out and take away badges that represented my honor. I did not understand why I was the only one targetted out but my parents reassured me that I was loved and was not the odd one out. I am grateful for that.
My teacher also physically abused me. I understand your sadness.
